A nazi hunter stumbles across a plot in South America where the remnants of the Reich are implementing a socio-genetic plan using &#8220;the world as [Joseph Mengele&#8217;s] laboratory&#8221;. This might give you a hint as to what they&#8217;re up to:<\/p>\n<p><object width=\"425\" height=\"344\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/0VheeCoEU2I&#038;hl=en&#038;fs=1\"><\/param><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\"><\/param><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\"><\/param><embed src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/0VheeCoEU2I&#038;hl=en&#038;fs=1\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" allowscriptaccess=\"always\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" width=\"425\" height=\"344\"><\/embed><\/object><\/p>\n<p>A definite lo-fi sci-fi movie. This kind of plot could easily have slid into B-movie schlock, but it&#8217;s a good deal smarter and subtler.
